Executive Coaching

Leadership Development

We have extensive experience in designing and delivering Leadership Development programmes. We work with clients to create individually tailored programmes that deliver on whatever objectives you need.

 In a supportive but challenging environment we’ll provide leaders with the skills and understanding to deliver change in their organisation. We don't believe in too much “chalk and talk” – we prefer a more interactive, experiential approach. The vast majority of our Leadership Development programmes involve participants delivering on a business challenge or opportunity, ensuring return on investment.

Spot Coaching

Spot Coaching sessions are a way to offer access to high quality coaching to a wider audience. Usually 45 minutes long, throughout a day or number of days, offered to employees within an organisation or business area. It’s high impact and a great way to re-energise, as well as identify new ideas and actions.

Facilitation

Too often meetings and team events fail to achieve what they set out to. External facilitation of a meeting, team event or off-site can be the key to getting real results. We promise to get the most out of the time you have, helping you tap into your collective creativity and problem-solving skills. You may have a situation where you need to participate fully in the experience yourself, rather than be preoccupied with people and process. We can help manage competing agendas and provide a neutral voice to enable a resolution. Or we can simply help design and run an event that is important to your business.
